Directed the SADC Council of Ministers to initiate a comprehensive re view of the operations of SADC institutions, including the Organ on Politics, Defence and Security.
After a series of consultative meetings coordinated by a Review Committee, a Report on the Review of the Operations of SADC Institutions was pro duced. At an Extra Ordinary Summit held on 9 Marchin Windhoek, Namibia, the SADC Heads of State and Government approved a Report on the Review of Operations of SADC Institutions.
